Terms and Conditions (AGB)




Scope



These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Million Dreams, operated by:

Contract Conclusion



The presentation of products in our shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Checkout” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.


You will receive an automated confirmation of receipt by email.

A binding purchase contract is concluded only when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods.





Prices & Payment



  • All prices are final prices.
  • According to §19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge or display VAT (Kleinunternehmer regulation).
  • Shipping costs are shown separately before checkout.
  • Payment is made via the payment methods offered in our shop (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card, etc.).






Delivery & Shipping



  • Fulfillment and shipping are handled by our production and logistics partner Printful Latvia AS.

  • Orders are produced and shipped within the European Union.
  • Delivery is available within Germany and selected EU countries.
  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are provided as estimates only.
  • The risk of accidental loss passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the shipping service provider.






Right of Withdrawal



Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Warranty



The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

Customers may request rectification, replacement, or, under certain conditions, a refund or withdrawal from the contract.





Retention of Title



All goods remain the property of Million Dreams until full payment has been received.





Intellectual Property



All content in this shop, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Million Dreams and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without express written permission.





Third-Party Tools & Links



Our shop may contain links or integrations to third-party providers (e.g. payment services, shipping companies, Printful).

We assume no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or services.





Relationship to Shopify



The contractual relationship is exclusively between the customer and Million Dreams.

Shopify provides the technical e-commerce platform but is not a contractual partner and assumes no liability for orders or products.





Feedback, Prohibited Use & Termination



  • Any content or feedback you submit must be free of third-party rights.
  • Prohibited actions include: spam, malware, offensive or unlawful content, or misuse of the shop.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders or block users who violate these terms.






Liability



  • We are liable only for intent or gross negligence.
  • For slight negligence, liability exists only in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
  • Liability for consequential or indirect damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.






Applicable Law & Amendments



  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
  • The place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
