Customized Products
Customized or personalized T-shirts and other print-on-demand products produced via our fulfillment partner Printful Latvia AS are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days without providing any reason, unless one of the exclusions listed below applies.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by making an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Return of Goods
If your withdrawal is accepted and your order is not excluded from the right of withdrawal (see below), you will receive detailed return instructions and the return address of our production and fulfillment partner:

⚠️ Please do not send any returns directly to our business address, as we cannot process them there.
You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.
Exclusions / Special Conditions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., custom-designed or print-on-demand T-shirts).
- Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
These exclusions are in accordance with § 312g(2) and § 356 BGB (German Civil Code).
