Fulfillment Partner
All our products are printed and shipped on demand by our fulfillment partner Printful.
Printful operates fulfillment centers across Europe to ensure fast and reliable delivery to our EU customers.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to Germany and selected countries within the European Union and Europe, including but not limited to:
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Greece, Croatia, Luxembourg, Ireland, Slovenia, Slovakia, and others.
We do not ship worldwide, only within Europe.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the rates above.
In some cases, Printful may combine orders for faster delivery at no extra charge.
Returns & Exchanges
Products are made to order. Therefore, returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged items.

We will provide you with the return instructions and address from Printful’s EU fulfillment center.
Do not send returns to our Munich business address, as they cannot be processed there.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders within the EU, no additional customs fees apply.
For countries outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Norway, UK), local customs or import duties may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
